Veggie Stir-fry

Last night for dinner, we did a stir-fry with some veggies from our garden!

Look at this swiss chard...



A smallish beet that I probably picked too early, oh well.


The veggies we chopped up from the garden: swiss chard, beets, carrots, snow peas and green onions (they didn't make the picture because I forgot to get them until the last minute).


We threw in some noodles, chicken, peanuts and garlic... and this plate of goodness was created! SO DELICIOUS! Cooking with fresh vegetables from our garden made it taste so much more flavorful and satisfying.
