Omelet Goodness

Today my brother and I made omelets for breakfast!
 
I went and gathered some things from the garden. I chose some (clockwise from top) green onions, basil, parsley, swiss chard, and an early wonder beet.
 
 
Some eggs... there were only six left so we each got three!
 
 
Cooking up the beet a little before throwing it in the omelet.
 
 
The beauty of the veggies and egg before I drowned it all in mozzarella cheese!

My brother's omelet. He decided to forego the beet and substitute it with ham and a healthy dose of ketchup!
